1)      MLS Listing, signage and lockbox.  This provides the opportunity for other agents and buyers to know about your home.  Your MLS listing will include extra photos and all pertinent information.

2)      Enhanced Realtor.com listing.  Realtor.com attracts over 6.1 million consumers each month.  By providing an Enhanced listing, your listing will provide more details, up to six photos, and will rank among the top listings.

3)      Advertising in the Carolina Homes Magazine and Real Estate Book.  These are great tools due to the fact that it is readily available, free and beautifully done.

4)      Advertising in the Spartanburg Sunday paper.

5)      Open Houses.  This gives more people an opportunity to see your home.  Many agents do not want to do Open Houses, but I firmly believe they make a difference.

6)      Flyers.  These will be available inside your home and possibly at the sign as well.

7)      Since each property is different, I will carefully plan the best marketing to target qualified potential buyers for your property.
