It has been a pleasure to serve clients who have either purchased or sold real estate in Inman and/or the beautiful surrounding areas. Even though the price ranges in sales vary from $70's to the $300's and beyond, the emphasis of my mission is to serve effectively and efficiently has not changed toward the customer. Wendy seemed very knowledgeable of the available properties in the upper part of the county and specifically what we might be interested in. She did extensive research for us. She took time to understand what we wanted and how we wanted to move through the process. She was never pushy, but kept in touch and eagerly provided us with the information that we needed to become more comfortable with what we were doing. She handled the many, many tasks associated with lining up meetings and showings, securing financing, procuring inspections, performing repairs, and providing the courier service for various documents and forms. She was there with daily issues and to update us even at night as I continued to work full days.
Sheri and I have owned four houses in our twenty-nine years in Spartanburg and I must tell you that the recent buying and selling processes with Wendy were the smoothest we have encountered. She combined all the proper attitudes with an abundance of energy and positive attitude to make it all happen. It was a pleasure to work with Wendy and Gaines Realty.

As first time home buyers Dave and I were completely at a loss of how to start the home buying process. Not only that we were from out of town and only had three days to find our perfect first home. We could not have done it without Wendy! She guided us through the loan pre-approval process, set up showings at over thirty houses until we found our dream house! Since we were out of towner's Wendy looked out for us in the weeks before closing by checking on the progress of the construction and representing us at the inspection. Because of Wendy we have what we always wanted, a place we can finally call home!
